Hear The Difference

Crystal Clear Ears first opened at Balwyn in 2008 and has since expanded to a number of locations in Melbourne.

Principal nurse and director, Shelley Straw, is a member of the Australian College of Nursing and the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Nurses Group.

Shelley began her ear, nose and throat nursing career at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in 1981 and continued at the hospital until 2007. At this time, Shelley visited New Zealand to receive training in the ear cleaning techniques practiced by Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists.

Our nurses now receive the same  training by our very own Clinical Nurse Educator at our Head Clinic & Training Centre.
All our nurses are Registered Division 1 nurses.

As a patient of Crystal Clear Ears you will be treated by one of our caring and committed nurses with the same gentle and complete ear cleaning techniques.
