Meet Our Team: The Ear Nurses

Introducing Our Team of Practitioners. All are Registered Nurses with extensive training in our course ‘Microsuction and Aural Hygiene.’ Our clinical training program includes hands-on experience with actual patients, coupled with personalised mentoring from our trio of Nurse Educators

After successfully completing the training, our graduate Ear Nurse initially continues treating patients under supervision, working independently for a brief period of time while being monitored by our senior nurses and education team during the ear wax removal treatment.

Certificate of Competency:

Upon completion of our clinical training program, our Ear Nurses receive a certificate of competency. This certification is awarded by our experienced Nurse Educators, validating their expertise in providing exceptional microsuction treatment.

Commitment to ongoing Professional Development

To further enhance their expertise, our nurses regularly participate in “in-house” seminars where they share their valuable knowledge and experiences as Ear Nurses. Our Nurse educator writes and publishes regular blogs on various subjects related to ear health which patients and ear nurses can access.

Empowering our Ear Nurses and Health Professionals

In addition, we actively create and design our own online portal based courses. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Portal, specifically tailored to enhance knowledge and expertise in Ear Health. This exclusive platform serves as a hub for healthcare professionals, including nurses from Australia, New Zealand, and various parts of the globe, enabling them to accumulate professional development points through the successful completion of our accredited short courses. It is important to note that these courses have received official endorsement from The Australian College of Nursing, further solidifying their credibility and value.
