Important information you need to know when booking your appointment

Face Masks are compulsory unless for medical reasons with official documentation.


If you or a family member has signs of a cold, fever, cough, sore throat, chills, muscle aches, weakness or flu-like symptoms please have a COVID-19 test and ensure you are cleared prior to your appointment with our Ear Nurse.


If you have a persisting smokers cough, diarrhoea, nausea, shortness of breath or hayfever/runny nose, muscle ache/weakness, vomiting/diarrhoea we ask that you bring a GP letter to your appointment stating that the condition is pre-existing and not COVID-19 symptoms.
